Google Announced Core Algorithm Update

Google announced another core algorithm update in June 2025. As in the past, this update is expected to be rolled out over the next 3 weeks. These updates are generally significant and that is why Google announces them. This update is expected to target improvements in user experience and reward great content that is written for the benefit of the end user. Kinda like this blog post today. E.g. I am not worried about ranking in Google with this blog post today.

The E-E-A-T framework is expected to be updated. So make sure your Experience – Expertise – Authoritativeness and Trust are front in center. For your content think about your blog, FAQ, product pages, category pages really should already be focused on what is best for the user so this should not be something new to you.

Focus On Great Content

Write great content designed to help your end user is always a great strategy no matter if there is an update or not. Here is a quote from Google on what they recommend when there is a core update,

These changes are broad in nature, and don't target specific sites or individual web pages.
